Literature Text

I miss you,
Yes, you.
Looking at my face,
Feeling pain and disgrace,
I say "I hate you."

I miss you,
Yes, you.
Whatever I stood for
And took pride in before.
A hypocrite in the eye of you.

I miss you,
Yes, you.
What I used to be
Before the stupidity
Before I ruined you.

I miss you,
Yes, you.
Your pretty face
Has fallen from grace
Since I ruined you.

I miss you,
Yes, you.
My true friends,
We meet our end
After I disappoint you.

I miss you,
Yes, you.
Any hope of relief,
Any bonafide belief
Of steady "me and you."

I miss you all.
A deep poem of my emotional troubles over the last couple of months.

This is basically saying "I hate myself and what I've done, and knowing I'll never be forgiven despite undying efforts to correct my mistakes will make myself hate me more."

Not your happy poem, but I feel a bit better after getting that thought out of my system.
